No design skills needed. Everything happens in your browser, on a computer or a phone.

    Pick a template

    Press "All Templates" and choose from 20 layouts: round company seals, oval and rectangle stamps, or PAID / RECEIVED / CANCELLED office stamps.

    Add your company details

    Type the company name in English, then press "Translate English to Arabic" for the Arabic line. Add the licence number, city or your logo in the centre.

    Choose colour and style

    Pick blue, black, red or another ink colour, and change fonts, text size, rings and symbols until it looks right.

    Check the live preview

    Every change shows at once. Make sure the spelling matches your trade licence, and add the stamp type, size and quantity in the order notes.

    Send it to us

    Press "WhatsApp" or "Email" at the top of the tool. Your design reaches our team as a print-ready file, and you can attach your trade licence and Emirates ID.

Online stamp maker: common questions

Is the online stamp maker free?
Yes. Designing and previewing your stamp is free, with no account or sign-up. You only pay when you decide to order, and we send a free proof first.
How do I make a company stamp online?
Choose a template, type your company name in English and press "Translate English to Arabic", add your licence number or logo in the centre, pick an ink colour and check the live preview. Then press WhatsApp or Email at the top of the tool to send us the design.
Is the Arabic translation correct for my trade licence?
The translate button gives a good starting point for common company names and activities. Company stamps must match the Arabic name on your trade licence exactly, so we check every Arabic line against your licence before we make the stamp.
Which documents do I need for a company stamp?
A copy of your trade licence and the Emirates ID of the owner or manager. You can attach them when you send your design, or send them to us on WhatsApp later.
How fast will my stamp be ready?
Most company stamps ordered before 3 PM are ready the same day, once you approve the proof. You can collect from our shop in Al Barsha or ask for delivery anywhere in the UAE.
What sizes and ink colours can I choose?
Round stamps are usually 40 mm and oval or rectangle stamps 50 × 30 mm. Other sizes are possible: write the size in the order notes. Blue is the most common ink for company stamps; black, red, green, purple and other colours are also available.
Can I add my logo to the stamp?
Yes. In the "Center Content" box choose "Image / Logo" or "Text + Logo" and upload a PNG or JPG. A simple, high-contrast logo prints most clearly on a stamp.
What happens after I send my design?
Your design reaches our team as a print-ready file with an order reference. We reply on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm the details and price, send a proof, and start production once you approve it.
