This website is run by Pixel Stamps, Shop No. 10, Ground Floor, Al Attar Business Center, next to IBIS Hotel, Al Barsha 1, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Pixel Stamps.

Information we collect
Information you give us
- Quote and contact form: your name, phone number, email address, the product you are interested in and your message.
- WhatsApp, phone and email: when you contact us directly, we receive your number or email address and whatever you send us, such as artwork, logos, company details for a stamp, or delivery addresses.
- Orders: the details we need to make and deliver your order, such as company name, trade licence details printed on a stamp, delivery address and payment records.
Information collected automatically
- How you found us: when you send a form or tap a WhatsApp, call or email button, we record the page you were on, the type of source that brought you to the site (for example Google search, social media or another website), the first page of your visit and whether you used a phone or a computer. This helps us understand which services people ask about. It is kept in your browser only for the length of your visit and is not linked to an IP address.
- Server and security logs: like most websites, our server briefly records technical details such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the site working and to block spam and attacks.
- Analytics and advertising tools: we may use tools such as Google Analytics or advertising pixels to measure visits and the results of our ads. These tools may set cookies and are run by their providers under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and order records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them. Visit records end with your browser session.
How we protect it
The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Enquiries can only be seen by our staff through a password-protected admin area, and access is limited to the people who need it.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) and other laws that may apply to you, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy
- correct information that is wrong or out of date
- delete your information when we no longer need to keep it
- stop using your information for a particular purpose

Our website links to other services, such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and social media. Their own privacy policies apply when you use them.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18.
